Spent 20 on a steak onion pie sausage roll apple tart and big m...was working in area long hours ate it at 4 .15 pm was feeling sick in stomach all night on the loo at 1am 2.15 am and 2.45 am .thanks guys for no sleep and had to start work the next morning at 6 no sleep ...pie taste a bit sour ask for refund they said no...and their not doctors

In reply to your reply...the pie tasted as though it was reheated once or twice..it had a sour taste to it, sausage roll was also dry. ..all night on toilet mate ..and need to work earlier next morning ..as for receipt , i showed you the receipt in the store the next morning, you just fobbed me off as though i know nothing. Been a chef for 30 years BTW. Had no other food that day and my 4.15 pm food from you would probably have been sitting there all day. Gastro isnt a 5 or 6 hour thing it goes on for days it was not...

I can get over this!! Iv baught a lot of food here I spend about 150$ a week there but now I won’t be back!! The cheese and bacon roll I got had 4 bit of bacon!!!! Like come on we have been through this 6 times now!! If the roll isn’t up to scratch you throw it away or give it way!! You do not charge me for a burnt roll with no bacon this has been an ongoing issue now for 3 years iv brang to your attention many times and it’s not fixed!! I have 4 other family members that spend 100$ each there a week they have all said they won’t be coming back!! That’s 600$ your loosing every week...

Haven’t been here too often but all the food I’ve had is pretty good, the only thing is that I’ve noticed the manager can be quite rude to her employees and it’s honestly quite discouraging for me personally to continue to support this business knowing how she treats her staff. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about the welfare of the workers here being berated and spoken to in such a rude and condescending manner.
