Worst Cafe experience ever. There is a new staff making coffees who was experiencing a stressful day and I understand but I am super disappointed with the whole service experience. I ordered a coffee and the first mid-age lady (not the new young staff) took the order and I said I would have it here. I have been sitting at a table for 20 mins and the mid-age lady holding 2 coffee asking if I have ordered those and I said no. And I waited for another 5-10 mins , there was another lady holding 2 coffees and pointing to the receptionist table saying my coffee was on the table in a take-away cup, indicating getting by myself. I've dropped into this Cafe twice, when in the area to get my car serviced, I found it to be a very pleasant space to get some work done while I waited. The coffee is nice and the staff are very helpful, attentive and friendly. I found the bathroom to be surprisingly accommodating, with extra considerations taken that you wouldn't normally find, such as spray on deodorant and women's sanitary items available. Today I took home a toasted tuna focaccia and it was delicious. 😋 I will be sure to stop by to try more food on offer when I pass through again. Thanks for the great service...

DBL Shot Cafe is my absolute favorite spot for breakfast and lunch when I'm working in Berwick.

Their Vegemite toast is crispy and buttered just right—pure perfection of an Aussie icon.
