AVOID at all costs during special occasions Fathers day, our day was RUINED 2024. We pre-booked ahead with the grumpy in charge elderly floor lady. At booking, i was told that if anything arises, they will call. Out of courtesy, they could've rang and said "hey on Fathers Day, we have decided to restrict menu. Do you still wish to keep booking?" They did NOT! We arrived sat down ordered with young lady wine drinks/meals only to be told after wine/drinks opened that the menu is restricted and can not serve dads pizza(menu restricted to only more expensive meals, e.g the mushroom chicken which is overpriced, its NOT seafood! Seafood does deserves a pricey tag)it happened on that day my dad wanted pizza and left the venue with an empty stomach,my child's menu also came so my poor dad on Fathers day was fuming, the elderly lady came and said "sorry i forgot to tell the younger girls that menu is restricted and besides its too windy for pizza to be cooked" (seriously???if that was a joke it was NOT funny!). I do have to mention the lady owner is a sweet person, but she doesnt see always whats going on! I have been a customer for over a decade, and that was a GREEDY move to restrict the menu on FATHER'S DAY! I will NOT be returning! As time goes by the service is becoming very POOR, the pre-booking on special events is a joke, their mates have priority for pre-booking and the time slots per booking is weird as they usher you out the door if within that time limit you didnt finish meals/drinks.....I quickly arranged a different venue and took my dad on Fathers day to a venue on Lygon st where he was treated with respect and honoured his presence with a free beer of his choice and he finally ate a meal on fathers day!(NO menu restrictions or time...

My garlic prawn was tasted acidity and my son said it had white wine sauce. My chef 👨🍳 hubby said it has funny taste. I tasted too long in freezer taste. -☆1

I ordered the calamari and once again it Waa so fresh like it had just come from the ocean ,after finishing the delicious calamari i turned around and my saganaki arrived and having the Greek touch it Waa spot on.I started watching footy on the nice big television and laid back and ordered a coffee and the coffee is always consistently beautiful the best coffee in all of Northcote by a country mile that I had to order another and another and Jayde the waitress was so friendly and quick to bring my orders.When the footy reached half time my friend and I got up and paid a very reasonable price for excellent meals and once again not to mention the coffee because its a ten out of ten.outstanding service and I will be back probably tomorrow.
