Typical scammers. Called up asked the price of an item, got there jacked up the price. Asked to speak to the person who told me the price over the phone, told they don’t know English, asked why you allowing your staff to speak on the phone and give people prices if they don’t know English, was told not to get mad. I wasn’t getting mad, I was stating a fact, it was just that I was stating it to a scammer. I am adding to this post after receiving a reply from the owner basically continuing their lies. When someone is told the wrong thing and acts on that to travel to your shop only for you to up the price by 25% it is poor service. You dismissed the inconvenience you caused with an excuse which is inviting mistakes to be made all at the customers inconvenience and expense. Questioning someone who is that inconsiderate and basically abuses the time of people is not getting mad, it is making you accountable and not letting you get away with it. No one got angry or mad, there was an elderly lady present also and so I made sure I did not raise my voice or get angry so as not to startle her. You are just saying this to dismiss your scamming wrongdoing. And yes you did give me what you had brought me to your store for after I did confront you about it - this is the least you could have done. People earn an honest dollar not to give it to scammers. You may not miss my business but I’d be damned if I gave...

Spoke to the staff about the type of chicken used on their spit. Said was legs prepared by a butcher. Their default sauce was garlic, sadly, even this did not add to what was, a very bland Souva. I noticed their 1/4 chicken and chips looked nice. And a bargain at $11:50. My chicken souvlaki was not worth the $16:50. I tried adding wasabi ( as that was all I had in the car) to add flavour. It didn’t help. I would suggest they either use chicken thigh or add salt...
Read moreCalled to order takeaway with simple order. Girl was rude and did not know menu thus lead to confusion. Got the wrong item and they said they would change it for me but I'd have to pay the difference and wait another 15 minutes. Couldn't be bothered to wait. Be sure they get the right order on the phone else you'll just end up with a small box of lamb for $9. Lamb also wasn't charcoal cooked either. Was done on a grill. Maybe save the hassle and cook it on your own...
