Domino's Pizza Brunswick — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have lived near this particular dominos for longer than there has been a dominos here. I have read the 1 star reviews. I have had the 1 star interactions with the clunky or non existent customer service.... And let me tell you something....

I had a 5 star experience and I stand by it. Let's say 4.5 stars because the order screen wasn't working, but yeah.... Listen, please understand my friends, I have experienced quite the range of dominos possible quality combos in Melbourne and warragul. In most dominos experiences I found the pizzas to be way too small or way too greasy or not greasy enough and I have definitely experienced the overcooked and the undercooked and the whole gambit of dominos experiences so believe me when I say.....

I am very satisfied with my recent Sydney Rd dominos purchase. I ordered thru the app and paid cash, the order was already ready at exactly the time the app said it would be, to the minute.... And the best part is I had a very specific custom order. You see I like a meat lovers but I request no bbq sauce and no bbq sauce swirl.... And thankfully my customisation was on point. Also I have a little life hack for the pepperoni value range fans, my custom order there is I get the pepperoni pizza value range one but I add chilli flakes and oregano and chilli flakes again . Perfection.

My order was absolutely spot on and the guy serving me even smiled and was friendly and prompt and all good, everyone had a good night.

Objectively speaking I don't recommend that anyone consumes wheat dairy sugar or processed meats but if u happen to want a dominos I really enjoy the pepperoni with the chilli flakes and the oregano and the chilli flakes again.... Very nice, not too oily not too dry. Just right thankyou

Update 12/06/2024 : ive been back a few times since, this dominos is always spot on and its the best any time day or night the staff are cool and the orders are always spot on and perfectly on time everytime. i even ggot the delivery once and it was spot on. one time i even went in there and a woman custmer smiled at me which is fantastic because i am deeply lonely hence writing reviews of the local dominos so lets go for 6...

Be careful with the online ordering, I ordered a pizza at 9:05pm and walked down to the store for the said pick up of 9:23pm. Got there and the guy at the counter said the pizza would be another 5 minutes so we sat outside. 5 minutes go by and we come in again looking for our pizza. Another guy fiddles around on his laptop and asks if we ordered at the right store. Like we'd be sitting around for half an hour at the wrong store! Obviously we were, but then he asks if we even placed an order at which point I thrust my phone at him to show him my online order confirmation and confirmation email. Apparently this still wasnt enough! He then asked us to check our bank account to see if the money had even been withdrawn, which showed that the money was pending (as it was an online order.) the guy made a few excuses about the website being down ( even though in our time waiting we had seen like 5 deliveries come and go ) but we got over the excuses because at this point it was already 10pm so we just wanted to know if we were getting pizza or a refund. Thankfully, we finally got the pizza after reassuring the guy that we would come back and pay if the money...

If l could give this place a minus 10 l would. The incorrect pizza was delivered, rang and spoke to the manager who said l could either have a full refund or they could supply the correct pizza. I asked for the latter, this was last night Thursday 6 July, still waiting for my pizza. I rang them at least 20 times yesterday evening, they did not pick up the phone. With a data charge of $8/day on my mobile, I'm reluctant to turn on data again. I've got covid so can't go in to see them. How can a business this large be run so badly???? And despite the reply from Domino's Brunswick, it is now 4 days later and I have heard nothing from them!! So just to reiterate, despite the manager's promise to supply the correct pizza after delivering the wrong one, THIS WAS NEVER SUPPLIED!! So no pizza, soggy chips because I waited for the correct pizza that never arrived, melted icecream sundae. What do I have to do to get you guys to do the right thing and give a full refund to make up for your...
