Domino's Pizza Carrum Downs — Restaurant in Melbourne

After returning from holiday we decided to order some pizzas from our local Domino’s. We thought well it will be quick and easy. We were wrong. After waiting over an hour for our pizzas I decided to give them a ring to track their progress as the online tracking function suggested it had been cooked and delivered. At first they couldn’t find the order, then they were able to track the online order via my phone number. The guy assured me if it’s not there in 10 minutes give them a ring back etc etc. So I gave them nearly an extra 30 minutes and still no pizza. This time I phoned and spoke to someone and it turned out that the person I was speaking to had personally delivered the pizzas. Almost suggesting that my husband, 4 year old daughter and I had some kind of amnesia. So unless my 8 month old baby is taking in pizza orders I think clearly SHE is mistaken. We were then informed that because she had 50 pizza deliveries to make we could be waiting for another couple of hours. The whole point of ordering pizza is that it comes quickly usually within 30 minutes NOT 4 hours. I will be expecting a full refund within the coming days... Anyone giving good reviews on here are probably Domino’s employees a known ploy to mark up business. This is my first time giving negative feedback to a company, but this is the second offence.

This is my first bad review I have given a company but they certainly earned it. When you don’t ask for particular ingredients on your pizza via there app but still get them anyway.

Happened for the first time 2 months ago, I rang up they offered to replace it so I had to leave my dinner to go cold and go pick it up.

2 months later we decided to give them another try and I couldn’t believe it but same mistakes again. Imagine if we were actually allergic to some of these ingredients and someone ended up in hospital.

I have been purchasing from this Dominos franchise for years now, even when they were on the Seaford Rd corner but now they have lost me forever.

No professionalism at all and obviously no real care for the pizzas they make.

Always check your pizza before you eat it when purchasing from this store as you may get something you were...

Made an order tonight for a few pizzas giving them bulk business. Multiple pizzas were wrong and some just had toppings literally thrown on top without sauce. We called the store and the person on the phone was nothing but rude! We simply asked to have the correct pizzas that we paid for to be delivered to us and they flat out refused and said we had to pay a delivery fee dispite it being their mistake. When we asked the person on the phone for his name, he refused. I am very disgusted in the customer service received by this dominos store. I highly recommend your head office take action to further train the staff of this store on how to correctly construct a basic pizza instead of throwing things on a base without even sauce or cheese to hold it down.
