I feel compelled to share my deep disappointment with my experience at your restaurant today, which has resulted in a 1-star rating.
Upon my arrival, I waited over 5 minutes to be served by the cashier, receiving no acknowledgment from the staff. Instead of assisting customers, I observed three employees engaged in conversation and laughter among themselves in their dialect, completely ignoring my presence. As a woman, this experience was particularly disheartening, reflecting a lack of attentiveness and respect for all patrons. After such a lengthy wait, I ultimately decided to place my order through the app.
Eventually, a staff member approached me and asked how she could help, but by that time, I had already chosen to order online due to the inadequate service. It was especially disheartening to see another customer, a tall man, walk in and receive immediate attention without hesitation, leaving me feeling overlooked and disrespected.
To make matters worse, the quality of the food was disappointing. The pizza I received was undercookedānot burntābut it lacked the quality one would expect, with many ingredients tasting quite cheap. Shortly after eating it, I experienced severe stomach issues that forced me to rush home.
This experience was entirely unacceptable, and I strongly urge you to improve both the quality of service and food preparation at your establishment. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed with Dominoās.
On 12 August 2024 ordered two pizzas ā one Chicken Peri-Peri and one Chicken Camembert, both with thin crust. Unfortunately, both pizzas were far below the standard Iāve come to expect from Dominoās:
The toppings were extremely sparse, with very little chicken and almost no onions. The toppings were concentrated in the center of the pizza, leaving the sides completely bare. The crust was overly thin and burnt around the edges, making the pizza too crispy and difficult to enjoy. Given that I paid $28 for this order, I feel that the quality and quantity of toppings were not worth the price.
I am not satisfied with this experience and would like to request a refund. While I understand that some charges may apply, I donāt believe that the pizza I received was worth $28.

I then rang the store to inform their staff, I was put onto someone else, I assume a manager, he never bothered to introduce himself.
