Domino's Pizza Officer — Restaurant in Melbourne

25.11.2021 - 3 Large Pizzas, 1 dessert , garlic bread and a 1.25 drink. It's what you would expect from a chain pizzeria - wasn't bad, wasn't great. Their large pizzas are your locals medium. (refer to photos on plate). Details: I ordered a Supreme, Fire Breather and loaded Pepperoni. (see Photos) Ordered on line to take advantage of their deals and use their delivery as opposed to the 35% mark up of Uber Eats. The Pizzas were nice including the dough bread - but as with any chain pizza - you feel like you have paid an amazing amount for bread as the toppings, while okay - are not great. Additionally, the large pizzas are not very large at all compared to various other family run businesses in the area. (refer to plating photos) The garlic bread is your typical shopping mall garlic bread and the desert (I selected the chocolate mousse side) is a one person affair. Do not expect to split it between the family. Overall - its what you would expect from a chain - Toppings are cut back, the sides are small and if you believe you are going to have family bliss at the end of eating this - think again. Horrible experience, very recently moved to officer so I had never ordered here before. When I first placed the order for one pizza and cookie dough at 6.10 it was expected between 6.30 and 6.50. At 7pm I still had'nt received anything. I wanted to call to ask for an estimate. Both me and my partner combined tried to call 40 times and we got placed on hold or just put to the side. After 2 hours we called again and someone finally picked up. No apology just a "drink" for the trouble. I wasnt satisfied with this so i cancelled the order "refund will come in 5 days i guess" were the exact words I received after my cancellation. I'm never ordering...

This is one of the best Domino i have been to because of the store manager ANDREW. My son is autistic and we make our pizza a particular way or my son wont eat it. it needs to be perfect and Andrew always makes it with great pride and perfection. the cheese has to be in a particular way so you can understand how difficult it can be.so i appreciate what you are doing Andrew days of he made our pizza while visiting the store so thats taking the extra mile. if i can give you more than 5 star i would, Well done mate and thanks for...
