Absolutely phenomenal! This pizza deserves every one of its five stars and then some. From the very first bite, it’s clear that this is a masterpiece of flavor and craftsmanship. The crust was perfectly baked—crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of char that gives it that authentic, wood-fired taste. The sauce was rich, tangy, and clearly made from fresh, ripe tomatoes, balanced with a subtle hint of garlic and herbs that didn’t overpower but complemented beautifully. The cheese was melted to gooey perfection, stretching with every bite, and had that delicious buttery, slightly salty flavor that only quality mozzarella can deliver. Ordered online and was advised delivery in 40mins. Waited 60mins and then rang the shop, only to be told delivery will be arriving in 1min. Another 20mins later the driver arrived with almost cold pizzas. Uber driver complained they were late because they had 2 deliveries to make. Shop told me the driver got lost and could not find the house. Not good enough from either person. Not the first time the delivery has been late. We once had a driver drop the pizzas at the door and drive off without ringing the door bell. Rang the shop to be told the delivery had been made 30mins earlier. Cold Pizzas back then also. This is a hidden gem in Cranbourne. Although very quiet there are very few halal options like this restaurant. It was my first time coming here and whilst I was waiting for my food the owner was very nice and friendly and gave me a free, complementary ice cream as a new comer. The customer service wasn’t the only part, because they took excellent care with the two pizzas and came out delicious.
