A cafe now very well known to serve up big portions with many low carb options! šŸ’ŖšŸ¼šŸ„¬šŸ„‘ Fed Cafe definitely make great coffees - you can tell by the amount of people that gather around the shop or walking away holding their infamous blue grey cups; and they’re definitely a crowd pleaser for those who are on a keto or gluten free diet with zero fuss ingredients and a handful of alternative options! WINNER: We couldn’t get enough of their chilli scrambled eggs on keto focaccia - all elements were portioned well and it was like magic to our bellies! 🌶 šŸ³ The warm Thai chicken salad also fed us well and was nothing short of the sweet, spicy and fresh flavours we expected! PASS: Would definitely pass on the eggplant chips next time - we thought that they really didn’t have much substance to them, all we could taste was the crunchy batter which unfortunately didn’t have much going for it either 🄲 The Almond pancakes had a us on the fence - the pancakes themselves weren’t dense or too gritty, absorbed the maple syrup well and it was great to have something sweet on the table that was guilt free! However we found that the ā€œvanilla mascarponeā€ was essentially flavourless and wasn’t as velvety in texture so wasn’t very spreadable across the pancakes. Would have loved to see more fresh berries served with such a large stack of pancakes as well - this regrettably left us with the inability to enjoy all elements of this dish regardless of the recommendations! šŸ„žšŸ“šŸ« All in all, we did enjoy our visit for the most part and we’re keen to return and try something different - especially their corn fritters and okonimiyaki!

My partner and I went to Fed for lunch today and oh boy it was so good! I’ve been keto for a couple of weeks and honestly didn’t think I’d ever find a place where you can eat without stressing too much about ingredients and hidden carbs. I had the Nasi Goreng and it was delicious. My partner had the baked beans and was quite impressed too with the options for people with gluten intolerance like her. Staff were lovely as well. Please support this amazing spot! Thank you again! We will be back :)

What a great and relaxing place for Breakfast in Albert Park! The family was very happy with all our meals. Kids loved the Buttermilk pancakes - fresh fruit, fairy floss, maple syrup and big fluffy pancakes. Hubby loved his Big breakfast and even had plenty to share with the kids. I loved the Chicken and Jalapeno Toastie - fresh lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese with a perfect blend of shredded chicken, mayo, jalapeno and fresh herbs šŸ™Œ Yum!!

While I've only had coffee at this spot, no food yet, I love the energy of the staff and the amazing coffees that they make. They are always chatting to the kids and the customers, making them feel welcomed, and the coffees are consistently delicious. I particularly appreciate the "adopt a cafe" program they ran during the fires in early 2020 where patrons could buy and extra coffee and the money went to a cafe in a small, fire ravaged area, to support them during those times. They care about the community, not just being a business, and that truly says a lot about them. The cafe is always neat and tidy, with comfortable seating and great people watching in busy...

We came to Fed Cafe not expecting too much, as someone on a keto diet Ive had my fair share of underwhelming food experiences with keto options and alternatives.

Fed Cafe blew my mind! We ordered the almond pancakes, halloumi chips and chilli scramble and if you hadnt told me they were keto options, i wouldve just thought they were regular non-keto dishes! No compromise at all on presentation, flavour and texture, very impressive!

We will definitely be back soon, especially for those almond pancakes!

For those on keto (and even those who arent) and looking for great...
