I recently visited Fergusons, now under new management, and let me tell you, it's an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the positive changes that had taken place. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles.

I’d maybe just make sure you are training your employees to be polite, as well as getting the job done. I know that any amendment to an order can be annoying, but my husbands hand shakes holding the cup so he asked for his coffee to not be filled all the way so it doesn’t spill. Elena, the cashier, was rude to the point that it felt uncomfortable ordering from her. I thought maybe I heard wrong at first but when her attitude continued, it let me know that she indeed intended to be unpleasant. Ordered a gold and black drip cake for my brothers 21st birthday. Customer service was great when ordering which is the only reason I’m giving two stars. Just based on the cake it would’ve been 1 star. When I briefly got to see the cake at the store during pick up it seemed fine. When I got home and took it out of the box was when I could see the shoddy drip work. It looked nothing like the beautiful drops on their display photos.
