Flaming Skewers & Grill is an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves Asian BBQ and street food! While traveling from Sydney to Melbourne, I had the chance to explore a fantastic food fest with plenty of food trucks, but this one truly stood out. The flavors, quality, and hospitality were simply outstanding!

We tried the Achari Chicken Kebab and Afghan Chicken Kebab, both of which were incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with mouthwatering spices. The Lamb Shish and Boti Kebab were equally amazing—perfectly grilled, bursting with rich flavors, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Every skewer was cooked to perfection, making it an unforgettable experience.

To top it all off, we ended our meal with Kulfi, Faluda, and paan, a delightful trio of desserts that added the perfect sweet touch to an already exceptional dinner.

I took my order on Uber Eats and I don't think I've been more disappointed. First of all when I placed my order they called to tell me how the goat paya was unavailable and instead of providing compensation for their fault, they had the audacity to suggestive sell their other products and pay through payid. Another factor which was appalling was when the food was handed to us there were was no effort to keep the food warm, no cover or anything in that matter. Although this could have been the delivery driver's fault it was as if they didn't put any effort themselves. Speaking of which, when I opened the container the raita was spilt all over the cardbord container as if they didn't know that the riata could be in risk of spilling when in the car. As for the food, the chicken and lamb sheekh kebab tasted almost the same and I was unable to find the difference in taste. The food was also quite cold when handed to me.
