Happy to see Bubble tea slowly getting introduced into the west side of Victoria; Bubble cup is one of them. Bubble cup is a nice new place, which is very affordable and cheap, it's actually cheaper than most other tea stores, however this doesn't come without a cost, for some people the fact that bubble cup uses fake/cheaper tea to reduce the cost, so, since the tea isn't real it would be best or better for you to choose a Ice-Crush or a flavored Milk tea, honestly I don't mind the fake tea taste, as it is still tasty. The pearls and Mini Pearls are really nice here, Milk foam here is also nice and flavorful. Honestly though, the staff aren't all friendly and the manager seems to be though to his workers. Recommended if you like Flavored milk tea (However not recommended for Pure tea drinkers)

Visited this store (opposite Big W) on Sunday (10th Oct 21) around 10am ( I was the second customer) ...and the staff who served me had so much attitude from the get go...first I asked for less ice for a smoothie (I had no idea u couldn't do it obviously I don't work there) she was so rude abt it replied so rudely. I had a free one to claim so I gave my card to punch but never got a new card back..then when I asked for it she looked so annoyed and gave the card but no punch ( as I got two drinks)...then went back and punched it and threw the card at me..if I ever see her serving there again I will never go there...this was the second time she has been rude to me but first time I gave in thinking maybe she is having a bad day but second time...

I went today to get bubble tea. I was waiting in line with 2 other friends who ordered first, then as I was about to order the worker completely ignored me and served the customer behind me! I thought it was a misunderstanding so I still waited next in line. As I was about to order again, the worker ignored me for the scond time and was taking order from the person behind me!!! He was absolutely clueless and unprofessional! So after that happened I walked off and went to the other Bubble cup place. Lesson learnt. Never coming back to this bubble cup again. Everyone, go to the other one, they are more...
