Disappointing Experience: Expired Products sold at this place!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Grocery Shop that I feel compelled to share with others. I was shocked to discover that a product I purchased had already expired four months prior to my purchase date. This blatant disregard for customer safety and well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall quality and integrity of the grocery shop.

First and foremost, the fact that such expired products were still sitting on the shelves raises serious concerns about the shop's inventory management and quality control processes.

When I noticed the expiration dates on the products I had bought, I immediately contacted the grocery shop's customer service to express my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was equally frustrating. The staff members seemed uninterested and dismissive of my complaint, showing a lack of empathy or willingness to address the issue promptly. This lackadaisical attitude left me feeling undervalued as a customer. They response was,"Oh, Okay. You can return the item next time and buy something else!" I mean no apology, and no refund.

As a customer, I trust that the grocery shop I frequent will prioritize my safety and wellbeing. Selling expired goods demonstrates a complete disregard for this fundamental expectation, and it raises questions about the shop's commitment to providing fresh, quality products.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering shopping at this place.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management of the Grocery Shop.

I dumped the entire packet in the rubbish bin. Attached the photos...

Prices displayed and prices charged are different . The price displayed for a packet of Katoomba chapatis was aud7.99 . I was charged aud8.99 at the counter . When I questioned the lady about it she gave me a lame excuse that there was a smaller pocket of Katoomba chapatis which is not correct . She then said the prices were updated in the system but not on the display . She made no apology and just walked away . Never going to shop...

Very convenient location next to Woolworth in Pacific Werribee. Plenty of everyday groceries items available at reasonable prices. The shop is very neat and clean and spacious isles.pista house is also the part of this shop.
