We haven’t been to this restaurant in over 10 years. I called to make a booking the lady that made the booking was so friendly on the phone. The service was 10/10. Prawn crackers arrived soon as we sat down. We had banquet A for $41.90 per person. The chicken and corn soup was absolutely amazing so much flavour. The spring roll had lots of flavour and a nice crunch. The dim sim was tasty. The satay sauce was amazing and the chicken skewer was so tender and cooked perfectly. Read moreBeware......Placed an order through menu log, it was accepted .. waited for more than an hour with driver still to be assigned - the app says food wont be prepared until after a driver is assigned. Called restaurant and they said the food had be prepared and waiting for 40 minutes. I offered to come and pick up the food but only if they prepared a new lot . The guy on the phone said no and that it was my issue and I should call Menulog to sort it . Very poor customer service . The restaurant should help their clients and then sort out an issues with Menulog who they are contracted with directly. I called menulog cancelled order for refund... now to find another...
Read moreI ordered my meal, Saturday night, on UberEats at almost $50. It took over an hour before the order was cancelled with the delivery put back 20 minutes each time and only cancelled when I specifically asked if the driver had stopped looking. . The first driver pulled out and cancelled and the 2nd driver couldn't find the restaurant. By this stage it was midnight. I am flabbergasted at the lack of service. The company shouldn't be on UberEats if it's too difficult to communicate with the Uber drivers. I'm just trying to support local business. Yes, I wasn't charged. But no-one came out a winner here.
