Tonight I thought on my break I may go get some subway as it was recommended by the lady’s at work. As I was waiting patiently waiting for 5 or so minutes, one lady was clearly free and had nothing to but look at the previous customers order (they Had already left) and then she turns to the another staff member and says “can you please serve” As I was waiting for the another lady to finish serving I had coughed and got the such a bad look from that staff, so I knew it was going to be made not the best. Overall I just wanted to say, you have a job… YOU serve customers when your not doing anything not pass your duties down to someone else. Read moreWe ordered Menulog from subway Montrose tonight, we waited 2 hours for it to be delivered before we called the store to ask what the go is, the lady told us that the food was ready and made 15 minutes after we placed the order and had been waiting there since. We asked about their food standards and she said she could remake it and we could come pick it up which would defeat the purpose of ordering for delivery. Walked in, specifically asked for the $16 deal, had the two subs made only to be told at the register these subs are not included in the deal. What was the point of explicitly saying “We want to the 2 for $16 deal?” Ended up buying the one for my daughter (because she’d been promised a Subway), and leaving the other which one assumes now goes in the bin. Considering they were already made I was disappointed they didn’t a) tell us when we clearly said we wanted the dinner meal, b) charge us the $16 because it was THEIR mistake.
