I would give this place a 0 star if it was possible. I ordered the food for take away and they said there would be a 30 minute wait, which is fine. I arrived to pick up my food and was told to take a seat for a couple of minutes. I did. i after 10 minutes asked again how long and i was told to take a seat and wait again. i did for another 10 minutes. So i did and got up after another 10 minutes and asked how much longer could it possible be, the lady that was at the counter went into the back to talk to the cooks and came out and said that they hadn't started cooking my order yet and they could have this for me in another 10 minutes. This is unacceptable as the place wasn't even busy there wasn't a single person in the restaurant and only 1 other person waiting for their food with me. How bad could the wait time be if it was busy. I will tell everyone if they want to have Asian food in Montrose go to Fortune Hut instead and give this place a miss for poor service. Everyone should speak with there wallet and hopefully that should...
Read moreSince the lovely reply from the apparent owner of this business I have edited my review due to an error in my wording. Apologies for the error. The way you have responded to me, a customer, is an absolute disgrace. You can't even come to a conclusion in your own tiny mind that maybe your food was sub standard when I ate it. Instead you claim I am high and your food is wonderful. I am not exaggerating about your food, it was not even average. Good luck with the business, you'll need it if you continue to treat customers this way.
Original review - What an absolutely horrible experience. We had take out from here last week and the food was disgusting. Lemon chicken was like eating cardboard, the Singapore noodles were dry and slapped together with overpowering curry powder. The fried rice was about the only thing that was ok. Don't risk your health and save your money and go to the joint up the road as they have...
Read moreThese clowns are either incompetent or just out to cost people money. Maybe a dangerous mix of both. Whichever bright spark set their resteraunt hours on uber is the world's biggest single cell organism. You are costing customers money who keep ordering when you are closed and you are also costing uber eats drivers money who are driving to pick up orders when you are shut because you have left your uber device on. And no you don't need to manually accept the order on the uber tablet for a driver to be sent, it automatically does it after a while anyway. I know because i have one myself. Here's an idea how about you either set your restaurant hours properly or use your brain and pause orders before you go home. Judging by the other reviews you seriously need to get a grip and learn how to respond to issues within your own business outside of verbally...
