Honestly, I’m still in disbelief over how bad this experience was. I ordered an HSP and waited over 20 minutes for it, only to watch the lady literally leave the chips sitting there "draining" for over 10 minutes. Just when I thought they’d be served fresh, she microwaved them. Yes, really — microwaved chips.
