If I could give them 0 stars I would because of that woman. I’ve been going to this place for over 10 years now, never had an issue and even if I did, the guys at the shop always listened. Let me tell you that we go there once or twice a week. But today, the woman (most probably Indian woman), had to handle my complaint about the thickness of the breads and them being raw (definitely not edible). The call lasted 11 mins and in that 11 mins not once did she say sorry or next time we’ll improve it or whatever. She kept telling me it is supposed to Pita bread and not Naan bread. Like what?????? I know the difference between pita and naan bread. She kept saying that if we cook it anymore it would be burnt and I kept telling her thats why you gotta keep the bread thin so its cooked and not burnt but she did not wanna listen to what I had to say. But honestly, their food is amazing the guys at the shop are amazing but this woman honestly...
Read moreThis place was the best back in the days (prior 2004)... until the new management took over. And it was never the same. If you guys think they make the best kebabs and pizza today, it was 10x better from the previous owner. The kebab meat are very bland now. They are very stingy when making their kebabs now (very little meat). Their lasagna kebab is the same story, very little meat and portion size is half of the original from previous owner. If you want great kebab taste, big portions at the same price, head to Roxy's kebab at deer park or Abbs Kebab at Kealba. The only problem is that people are lining up because it is that good. Roxy's, Abbs and Furlong have different style of kebabs... Each are uniquely different from each other, The strong selling point of furlong is the fresh dough, tasty meat and portion size... but sadly the meat became bland and the stinginess of portion has drag...

When I calmly mentioned that I had been told 25 minutes, he raised his voice in front of staff and customers and spoke to me in a very rude manner, saying, “Do you want to wait or not?”
I chose to leave rather than argue, but he is lucky I had my baby with me—otherwise I would have raised my voice as well. I understand that delays can happen, but there is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. Professionalism and courtesy cost nothing, and unfortunately this was...
