This food made me see god .. in a good way!

The butter chicken was served in a thick, creamy, luscious sauce and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I had heard good things about it from some friends who went but nothing could have prepared me for the absolute game changer the paneer makhani was. Incredible. Better than a lot of meals I ate while in India!

The garlic naan was cooked nicely and went so well with the curries to mop up all that creamy gravy.

I also ordered some paneer pakora which were delightful, fluffy pillows of paneer with spices and rolled in chickpea flour and deep fried. My meal also came with a small tub of this very red, sweetish and spicy pickle/chutney? I'm not sure what it was but holy moley .. right then was when I was wisked away to heaven. I'm not sure if it accompanied the thali meal deal I ordered or came as a dipping sauce for the pakora. Could someone reply to my review with the name if it? I absolutely NEED more of this in my life!

The non-veg thali meal is awesome value for money and with the added order of garlic naan and pakora, was easily enough for 2 people (or enough for 1 person to have leftovers for her work lunch tomorrow 😋) The photo is of HALF the meal and that doesn't include the pakora!

Overall it was an incredible and authentic meal, and I can't wait to try...

My family and I had spent a long day doing errands until we looked at the time and realised it was quite late, we came to Hampton park looking for Nandos who were ultimately close as well as KFC and the Indian restaurant next door. But we cautiously asked the front staff member if we could dine in and although it was late and she was closing up, Pooja was so so wonderful and didn’t make us feel as if we were intruding or we were a bother at all. And the food was amazing! Highly recommend the veg noodles it felt like home and the best comfort food. The food was amazing thank you chefs and thank you thank you Pooja for your lovely service you made the experience so much more amazing with your positive attitude and wonderful...

Hello, Gold Star Cafe Lynbrook, One of your employees, POOJA, asked me to give my mobile phone a 5-star rating after my order. She forcibly gave a 5-star review on Gold Star Cafe Lynbrook's Google page via my mobile phone without my permission, and at that time I was in a hurry. But after 3–4 hours, I saw a 5-star rating given by her through my mobile phone. This is pathetic. In my cell phone, my bank account, social media accounts, and many more, is this your customer satisfaction, privacy, etc.? Why was your employee named POOJA forcibly given a 5-star rating? I strongly recommend firing that type of Crook; I'll manner staff. I hope you will take appropriate action against this...
