I kept going past this place in the early hours and thought ‘one day I’m gonna stop, go in and get me one of them delectable lookin' things.’ The pizza itself wasn’t bad. Good, even. Was it the best one I’ve had? Nope. Was it reasonably priced comparatively to others around the area? Another no. In fact what they call a ‘large’ is, as many others have pointed out, a ‘medium’ anywhere else. You know, all that is fine if it was better than say, Leon’s where you get a delicious Mushroom or Meatball the same size for 17.00. At the time I looked on the website it was 16 or so to pick up but, IRL that sure wasn’t the case. The service did indeed seem pleasant and when I was asked if I wanted anything changed I thought ‘well, that is attentive.’ I said sure, forget all the meat and I’ll have anchovies instead. They added 5 bucks on for that. FIVE DOLLARS TO LEAVE A MAIN INGREDIENT OFF AND ADD ANOTHER IN ITS PLACE. That is pretty outrageous, and this review is 100% rhetorical. I don’t want and don’t need a response from the owner with some BS about how it’s all hard work your staff needs to be recompensed for. This is actually correctly termed ‘grifting.’ I couldn’t be bothered arguing the case because there was no argument and, I won’t be going back. At least there was no charge...

Just finished work was tired and Hungry spotted a pizza shop in lygon street. Didn’t think much of the orangey looking wall from outside .walked in an ordered a pizza as I was greeted with the most contagious smile ever .I mean you see love walking in there and then you experience it in the food . It is only fair for me to describe my Golden experience @Golden pizza as the best restaurant experience take away food in my life . The place was welcoming clean and funky . The whole Team looked happy . I ordered a simple cappriciosa pizza . The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside ,the sauce had a tangy and a rich flavour kick that complemented the gooey mozzarella cheese which melted between my teeth . the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. Overall, it was a delicious pizza that offered great value for the price." Guys Your customer service is beyond excellent.
