The curry puffs were delicious, the green curry had excellent cuts of chicken and was quite tasty, but the crying tiger was a very expensive disappointment. The meat didn’t appear to have been marinated at all, and it hadn’t been cooked in a hot enough pan, so it was almost flavourless. An un-chewable vein of fat/gristle ran through much of it, and the dipping sauce was very thin with little heat to it. Places like Rice Paper Scissors do this dish much better and cheaper. The garnishes that came with the puffs and CT were mostly wilted and rubbery.
