Green Olives Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

We do get pizzas here now and then and in honesty most of the time they are generally better than most others down here but after a home delivery order tonight that was delivered an hour and 15 minutes after it was made even though we were told it would be around 45 minutes I am of two minds about them. Look I understand they may have been busy and that's not the problem at all the problem was it was almost completely cold when it got here and even more frustrating was that on one of them I had paid for extra cheese and even told them when ordering it that I wanted it very cheesy but there was barely any cheese on it at all!! In fact there was less cheese than what should have been on an ordinary pizza!! So we sat there eating our extremely dry pizza that fell apart because there was no cheese to hold it together and although the flavour really wasn't bad I feel completely ripped off. So to sum up I paid extra for extra cheese and instead got an extremely late, cold and dry, cheese less pizza and will seriously think again before going...

I would like to give less than 1! Was told 20-25mins for my pick-up order.headed down after 20min and they had not even started making it, was told I could only have penne pasta for my marinara as he had no spaghetti (which I ordered) or fettuccine. Not sure why they did not contact me to inform me as they had taken my name and phone number instead of waiting till I arrived. All in all after an hour of waiting and saying I would cook my own pasta when I got back home, this is what my marinara consisted of.....grossly undersized mussels, something that is too resemble calamari, and 1 (yes one) shrimp the size of a 5cent piece! All I can say is if you don't know how to do it well then Don't bother at all, especially if you have no staff! Big waste of money when I was trying to treat the family and now we are all hungry as the other meals ordered were...

Worst takeaway experience. Ordered my pizzas, one with changes and was told “they will probably get that wrong” by the guy taking the order over the phone so I intentionally took more time to confirm it. Came into the shop to grab them and they hadn’t started them yet so I reconfirmed the order with changes and was told it would be right. Came back in 5 minutes later to be given the wrong pizza so was told they would remake it. Came back in and grabbed them and headed home only to find the other pizza they’d given us was wrong. Called them to complain and to have the pizza remade so I could come pick it up and the guy on the phone said “oh I told you that would happen.” When I came in to pick up the correct pizza, instead of apologising for the multiple mistakes they just made jokes about it. Wish I could give 0/5 for their customer...
