Dont go there, horrible service!
I went to Degani in the Rosebud Plaza today and was very disappointed with the service received. My colleague and I sat at a table and were going to look something up quickly on the computer for work whilst having a coffee. I stood in line but it was quite busy and there were a lot of people waiting to order. I therefore sat back down waiting for it to clear then was going to buy the coffee and food. my colleague picked up a salad at Coles, which was on the table, but had no intention of eating it at the cafe. the older man came over and told us to leave if we aren't going to buy something. He didn't allow me to explain and went on about outside food not being allowed in the cafe. We then got up and said we'd get a coffee from somewhere else. He yelled good and told us to go somewhere else. I went back to get his name as to make a formal complaint, in which he said he was the owner and manager! I tried to explain again and he kept saying no other food was allowed inside. He was incredibly rude and yelled at me. I could not believe his attitude. I definitely don't recommend anyone go to tmthe Dagani at Rosebud Plaza. Not unless you want to be mistreated. There's other cafes in that shopping...

When I asked for a Granita Iced Coffee in a large (i didnāt know it only came in one size) he replied back to me in an annoyed manner and said āit only comes in one sizeā and sighed while rolling his eyes after, as if i was supposed to know that already. He made me feel dumb. Then when i went to go pay with my watch it wasnāt loading fast enough and he dropped the eftpos machine on the counter like he was angry at me for taking so long. After i payed i stepped to the side and he served another customer and was talking to them as if they were buddies. It made me feel less than. There are other nicer ways to respond to people. I know some people arenāt a peopleās person but you would expect better customer service from somebody who works in customer service. You applied for the job and got the job, you are expected to do your job. While watching them make my drink they spilt it then whipped it with a dirtied rag. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas asked leave twice (publicly) by the owner of the store in front of other customers before I'd even finished my coffee as he wanted the single table with 1 chair that I was sitting at, for other customers that wanted to sit down. I guess you're only a valued customer until you've paid for your coffee after that the next customers dollar is more important. You rude pr**k, I sat at your cafe for 21 minutes whilst sending some urgent emails and to be honest, your coffee was probably the worst I've had in ages. You said you don't need my business and wouldn't want me back as a customer. I hope others after reading this won't bother spending money...
