Just Took an NDIS client in, originally for some bowling, mini golf, and arcade as these are his three favourite activities. After seeing the prices, had to opt for 2 game of bowling, assuming that support workers with a companion card aren't charged. My client had his card ready to go, and I had showed the employee his NDIS companion card for myself to play a game with him, again, expecting for support workers to play free, as they are do at Strike, Archie Brothers, Zone bowling etc. Then as my client tapped his card, I saw the price was about 60 dollars, give or take. I stopped him just before it could process and enquired about his companion card, and whether support workers were free. She informed me that support workers are charged the same price as their clients. I asked her if we could just do one game then. Which came to $32 dollars for the two of us.
If you are a support worker looking for somewhere to take clients, Please avoid Top Fun Shack, and opt for travelling to Frankston for Strike, or Zone bowling in Karingal, as your client will be able to enjoy 2 games of Bowling AND Arcade for a similar price, if not cheaper to 1 game of bowling at...
Read moreHave been visiting Top Fun for more than 30 years. I love that the course is still as much fun in my 30’s as it was when I was younger. Currently pregnant and so looking forward to my son growing up with the same wonderful memories as I had here. The courses never get boring and I love that they’ve never changed. I’ve been to Holy Moly and it just doesn’t compare. You finish in 10 minutes (only 9 holes per session) and it’s no where near as fun. Top Fun has the choice of outdoor or undercover and you get to play 18 holes… value for money and time spent here is much better! Such an iconic Rosebud business and so glad the new owners have kept it as is. All it needs is to bring back Big Bertha! 🤣 Happy local...
Read moreWe have driven past this place many times on our visits to Mornington Peninsula, and finally popped in for once. We played a round of mini golf, and the course was a lot of fun. It bought out the big kid in me.. it's not usually something I would do, but I really enjoyed myself. Adults are $17 each for a round, so about $1 a hole. There is also ten pin bowling, video games and a lot more stuff to try. Sometimes these places can be run down or old, but it's obvious these guys are investing in their business, as everything works, and the place is well maintained, as my photos show. If you're nearby, it's worth the visit. Oh and btw, the staff...
