Went here for the first time with a mate for lunch and got with the mild spicy broth and wow it was delicious I loved the fact you get to choose what you put in there and I love kina ( sea urchin ) and before this had only had ever had raw or uncooked ya know freshout the kina and thought it would be illegal ( not literally) to cook it well I can stop myself right there because they have these little like kina dumpling things you can add and flip me days what a delight I was impressed and I tried a quail egg for the first time and wow how yummy and creamy it was I can highly recommend I will be definitely be back thanks team for great experience you can choose all your own meat, seafood, vegetables, noodles and what flavour broth you want you grab it yourself and they cook it for you oh and just so ya know the kina surprise is the cute little white and orange swirl thing in the attached photo and I got wayyy too much had to take some home please note takeaway bowl is $1 I don't mind but...

I recently had an incredible dining experience at this hot pot place, thanks to the outstanding service provided by 14-year-old Bruce. With a stylish wolf cut and a friendly demeanour, Bruce exceeded all expectations for a server of his age.

Bruce's knowledge of the menu and hot pot process was impressive. He guided us through the options with enthusiasm, ensuring we made the best choices for a delightful meal. Despite his youth, Bruce displayed a level of professionalism and attentiveness that made our experience truly enjoyable.

His maturity and confidence in handling customer inquiries and managing the bustling atmosphere were commendable. It's evident that Bruce takes pride in his work, and his positive energy enhanced the overall ambience of the restaurant.

Kudos to the management for fostering young talents like Bruce. I highly recommend this hot pot place for a delicious meal and top-notch service, with Bruce making sure your dining experience is nothing short of...

Kids are not welcome at this place, my kids can’t eat hot pot so i have to bring their own food in , they eat and i didn’t leave any mess . Staff seem like not happy about that. It’s fine, i won’t come back again. I would like to tell the lady was next to me, i know my kids annoyed her buy their noise, but as a single mum i would like to tell her( i wish she will read this) that she was so so mean. Give everyone mean looks, mean attitude, my kid said sorry when a small toy touched her, she not even replied. Lady, you shouldn’t have kids in your life, or if you do, if the kids with you today are yours, they are look like autism , no movement, no interaction with others, well taught you are very proud of yourself. She said my 6y old kid was invasive her seat. How come? Next time, she should spend more $ to buy all the seat around her. you expect 3y and 6y quiet all the time ? Can’t put up with kids, don’t...

The first sichuan spicy restaurant in the area. You use a big bowl and choose your own food. Then bring it to weight then pay according to the weight. Minimum 400g per person. Choose the soup. Then they will cook for you and bring to your table. The food was OK. Seafood are quite fresh. Lots of choices to veggies, meat and seafood. And of course lots of seafood balls. Not extremely spicy for the traditional sichuan soup. 4 choices of soup. There is non spicy version. Plenty of seats. Situable for large groups. Plenty of parking nearby. Restaurant considered quite clean. Drinks are available to buy, they also provide free tap water.

Really enjoyed our meal at Happy Hot Pot in Point Cook! The ingredients were super fresh, and there was a great variety of meats, veggies, and noodles to choose from. The broth was rich and tasty, and the dipping sauce station had everything you need to mix up your perfect flavour. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially for first-timers. The place was clean and had a nice, casual vibe—perfect for a fun dinner with friends or family. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re a hot pot lover or want to try something different!
