I visited this morning for a sit-down meal and ordered both food and coffee. While my food arrived promptly, my coffee came very late. I noticed several takeaway orders—around 5-6 people were prioritised and made before mine, even though I had ordered earlier. I had to follow up before they realised and finally made it, by which point I was already 70% through my meal. They did apologise, but it was disappointing, especially on a cold morning when I was really looking forward to a hot coffee with my food. Hopefully this was just an oversight, but it affected the experience. The food was mediocre (5/10) but the staff was friendly. Coffee was (7/10) but pity the wait was disappointing.

Update: Thank you for the reply. I appreciate the challenges of a busy service and understand that weekends can be hectic, especially with phone orders. However, as a dine-in customer, I think it’s reasonable to expect that my coffee would arrive with or before my meal—not long after I was nearly done eating.

It wasn’t just the wait, but the lack of communication that was disappointing. A quick update or acknowledgement would’ve gone a long way in that moment.

I do appreciate the apology, and I’m glad to hear you’re aiming to improve. I hope my feedback helps highlight how small moments like this affect the...

A lovely little cafe serving an array of cafe staples like your toasties and avo toast and Korean delights. Their lattes come with adorable artworks as well. The friendly wait staff are attentive, helpful and accommodating. We had their cafe latte, matcha latte, cappuccino and Yuzu Capri; nothing to fault with, velvety micro foam on the drinks we ordered, that came with cute artwork. We had the Avocado on toast (nicely seasoned avocado with runny poached eggs), Creamy Spaghetti (rich, creamy and velvety, can't go wrong with bacon in this mix too!), Shashuka (not your usual tomato based concoction, very tasty mix that paired well with the toast), Galbi (tasty seasoned meat that paired very well with the seasoned salad and rice) and Summer Lemon Prawn Salad (the cream of the crop for our meal today, deep fried Enoki mushrooms with lemon infused prawns sitting on a bed of salad leaves, such a refreshing and well balanced tasting dish). Compliments to the chef and the team. Will definitely be...

I stumbled upon this little gem by accident. I arrived around 9am-ish and ordered an iced honeycomb latte with coffee and a chicken congee. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu which had Korean fusion options. I'd love to come back and try some other things. The latte came with actual honeycomb pieces in it which was lovely, I liked that it wasn't too overly sweet as well. The congee was hot and very flavourful, a huuuuge portion. The staff were attentive and my order came out quite quickly. I ate at the restaurant which was very clean and quiet. I was there for maybe an hour and in that time I watched them serve a lot of customers that must of been regulars. A very comfortable place. Can understand why people would keep coming back. They have cakes on display as well as an actual menu. 10/10...

Service was friendly. Place was nice and cosy. Menu item consisting of your standard toast and eggs and others, plus some Korean style/fusion dishes. The also have some fancy "tea cakes" with lots of interesting flavours such as peanut butter and black sesame. Coffee wasn't too heavy but very nice and smooth. Will come back to try other stuff 😸 Item(s) ordered: Chili scrambled egg with croissant and bacon The eggs texture were good, nice and silky, with strong spicy notes but doesn't overpower the others. Croissant was nice, still crispy and fluffy, however the bottom half was topped with the eggs so it's kind of flattened and soggy (still taste good though). The Galbi Pork was tender and juicy and very tasty. The seasoned rice perfectly complemented the dish.
