Hollisushi — Restaurant in Melbourne

Came here a few times years ago when we briefly lived near the Centreway. A minutes walk from home. To be honest, the food and drinks here weren't great - it wasn't bad... but it wasn't memorable either. (I think) the ingredients were fresh in quality. However, the issue might be the lack of skill in the food preparation. From what I remember, I don't believe this place is an authentic Japanese sushi joint. But you can really see who the owner of this pastel minimalist boutique when you visit the store in person. The small and simple range of healthy product; cute walls and fairy floss-like ice cream parlour-esque décor; the neatly positioned cushions against the large window shows how much thought was taken into consideration for the customers. Highly recommended for all your smoothie and sushi needs!! Sushi is always made fresh and juices are brought to life in front of you!
