Tucked away in an industrial area, Panini Co appears rather nondescript from the outside. However the paninis here are anything but average. The menu comprises of both hot and freshly sliced options. We opted for the il paninio featuring chicken schnitzel from the hot side and the prosciutto from the freshly sliced side along with chips to share. The prosciutto panini filled with prosciutto, basil oil, chilli oil, bocconchini & parmesan cheese was amazing. Everything was really fresh and the creamy bocconcini nicely complemented the prosciutto. The bread was nice and soft and I loved the infusion of flavour from the basil oil and chilli oil. I would happily order this again. The chicken schnitzel in the il panino was nicely cooked and worked really well with the sun dried tomato, basil oil and provolone cheese. I also recommend ordering some chips to go with your panini. They were well cooked and seasoned and really tasty. Panini Co makes for a great lunch option. Everything is fresh and conveniently packed ready to go which is great for takeaway. Alternatively you can eat in, they have a few tables inside and a cute seating area out front. Overall I had a great experience at Panino Co, the service was friendly and the paninis were delicious. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area. I rate Panini Co ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5. Thanks very much for having me.

Disappointed. Ordered Panini with Mayo & Hickory Barbacue Sauce from Uber eats. It was a buy one get one free offer. These ppl just sent me a cheap submarine bun which was pressed with a panini press for 1774.00RS. Sausage was awful If you can’t provide quality food for the advertised price and name don’t offer it. Panini made with Italian bread. Not with submarine bun. Don’t trick or lie to your customers.

Polpette (Meatballs) - Salsicce e Patate (Sausage and Potato) So much flavour in these generously portioned paninis! Love all of the combinations and the bread is super soft. I ordered these from UberEats and they come fresh, so I put them in the sand which press for a couple of minutes and they were heaven. Their meatball panini often sells out quickly so get in early 😉

In an unassuming location, this family run business is panini perfection just like nonna makes! Every panini is inspired and it's hard to choose what to order. They are all made fresh with in-house made sauces such as the basil pesto on the Chicken Coteletta which was also filled to the brim with roasted peppers and provolone cheese on top of freshly fried chicken schnitzel. Adding rocket was a winner and I loved the chilli oil that was just enough to add some bite.

The Sausage and Egg Breakfast Panini was insanely huge for the price and needed no alterations. The patate is a carb lover's dream of a panini!!

These photos honestly do not do this panini justice - they are huge and easily shared. The focaccia bread is fresh, spongey and holds the crazy amount of fillings well without any signs of going soggy.

And getting a side of meatballs for the road was the best idea because for dinner, they were exactly how nonna used to make them.

Made with love for food, family and flavour, I can't fault...

This was my last stop of the trip, I ordered the patata with sausage and the cotolette one as I said to the staff member to choose her favourite for me. This store is where the new generation chocs would go, its modern and has a vibe to it. The hero of the day was that patata panini, omfg this roll was amazing 👏, you have to try it especially if you're a patata lover. The cotolette panini some of the chicken was a bit stringy unfortunately but was a still an enjoyable roll but wouldn't give you a wet dream overnight like that patata panini, will be thinking about that on the way home tomorrow 😉. A bit of a downfall is they didn't have much variety of soft drinks, maybe adding Fanta and Pasito etc would just mix...
