I would give zero stars if I could. Restaurant was very quiet with only a couple of other people dining. Ordered our meals using the automated ordering system. Food came out fairly quickly in takeaway paper bag even though we were dining in. I politely requested napkins from the female server as there were none in the bag. The expression on her face made me feel that I was asking for too much. The young man working must have noticed her expression and grabbed some napkins himself and placed them in the bag and apologised. We then made our way to a certainly not clean, but the cleanest table in the restaurant. Had to use the napkins to the wipe down the table and seats. Then we both sat down to a cold burger and cold chips that looked like they had been cooked an hour ago. Each burger had one small slice of tomato, next to no lettuce and they too were terrible. As we sat there, we noticed there was rubbish left on the tables and floor in several places and drink spillage in front of a bin. We were disgusted with what we had seen and I couldn't eat my meal, wondering if that's what the dining area was like, what sort of dirty state would the kitchen have been in. Trying to throw our rubbish out was another problem as the only two bins in the restaurant were overflowing with rubbish. I had to force the rubbish into the bin, leaving the bin flaps wide open and unable to close. I then went to the mens toilets and they were putrid. The only cubicle toilet was disgusting with faeces still in the bowl and urine all over the seat and floor. The mens urinal was also filthy, with urine , as were the floor in front of the urinal. The sinkvwas also filthy and the floor civered in water.... or was it urine??? This restaurant, or should I call it, dine in toilet, is a disgrace. Up front I'll say I've not had an issue with my purchase here previously, but yesterday was another story.
I ordered two double whopper burgers for my friend and I. Service was initially okay, but for some reason the staff here seem to mumble when they're talking to you. Still, we got order done.
Problem cane when I got our burgers, which has bacon on it; and the bacon was uncooked. I didn't realise at first but once I did, I asked rhe staff about it and they claimed it was cooked. Evidently, it was not, it was pale and cold like it was straight out of a packet. No marks of it having touched a grill. I know bacon is smoked product, but I've never seen a burger served with uncooked bacon on it.
To top it off, the staff serving told me it was cooked, but lightly, because "people like it that way".... what?! Since when do people like bacon uncooked on their burger? If it was ham, sure, no issue, but uncooked bacon? The staff member insisted. (They did offer to get me another serve of bacon, but I declined. Just threw away the one I didn't want to eat.)
I also asked for extra pickles, so they decided to drown the burger in sauce as a treat.... 🤷🏻♀️
Ordered the iced chai, syrup stuck at the bottom, 90% ice, very ordinary.
On top of everything, not one table was clean, it doesn't take much to give them a quick wipe either.
Was totally disappointed by my food overall. And like I wrote, I've been there before, and not had such a bad experience.
Just not a great experience.
Not like they were flat out busy either, 7.30pm ish, Friday evening.

Generally when we get the order incorrect it doesnt satisfy it, it is because you haven't spoken clearly enough, (even though most of us member repeat your order) or you're being served by a trainee. Please consider that trainees need time to process your order and make your order. Kindly ask them to repeat your order . Even when it take a while to give your order even if it's a frozen coke, member at the front have a lot already going on in their minds as we try and get the order out as fast as we can. Everything is generally stressful as we try to work fast and worry about customers patients. Yes we are charging sauces for 30 cents, many other franchises charge 50 cents.
