I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your Heatherton store. On 6 oft 2023 at around 2-2:30 pm, I placed an order for a Whiskey River Whopper, which I was excited to try based on your promotional campaign. However, when I received my order at the drive-thru and began to eat it, I realized that it did not contain the Angry onions as advertised. Instead, it contained onion rings.

I want to emphasize that the Whiskey River Whopper was appealing to me specifically because it was supposed to include Angry onions, and this was a key element of the premium burger that I was looking forward to trying. The absence of the Angry onions significantly diminished my dining experience, and I felt that I did not receive the product I paid for.

I believe it is crucial for a premium burger to contain all the ingredients promised in your advertisements to meet customers' expectations. In this case, my order fell short of those expectations, and I left your Heatherton store disappointed.

I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure that such errors do not occur in the future. It is essential that customers receive the products they order, especially when they are drawn in by promotional campaigns.

Today I went to order two hot drinks through the Hungry Jacks app for $3 on the app specials. I went to pay on the app and I got a message saying item unavailable? I went in and showed them in store what happened and even went through the online ordering process with the shift supervisor. They refused to honour the price of the app special and refused to allow the order to go through on the app special price. In the end, I ended up paying the full price for the two drinks. I am pretty disappointed overall about this. If this happened at the other Hungry Jacks I go to on the way to work they would have honoured the app special price without any hesitation. First, get your app fixed as it clearly is not working and two, please honour the app special price as this is not my fault that the app is not working and I should have still been able to pay the app special...

Came here for lunch to grab a Texan Bacon Deluxe meal as well as their coffee which the app mentioned had won an award. The burger was nicely assembled and presented, and tasted decent (the peppercorn sauce had a bit more spice to it than I thought it would) and the chips were pretty good with an ample amount of salt.

But the coffee was weird. I ordered a cappuccino but the coffee I received was more like a flat white and it tasted like instant coffee with milk. The milk was completely flat and it seemed like the coffee was made by a machine rather than a barista. It didn't taste much better than 7-11 coffee to be honest.
