The WICKED CAFE — Restaurant in Melbourne

Food: mostly sandwiches, pie, wraps, etc. They also do eggs and bacon breakfast and variations of. It's really to service the local business park. I had a lasagna which was very sweet from tomato paste (not my style) but was reheated and had obviously fallen apart when they were putting it on the plate so looked like a mess, was hot on the outer edge but still fridge cold in the middle.

Service: The ladies were quick and nice enough. Just good standard service. They bring lunch to the table

I stopped at this cafe to get a light lunch and coffee. I asked for a side of smoked salmon ( this was on their menu as an addition to eggs etc) they said I couldn’t have that without a serve of the eggs? I don’t eat eggs and I certainly can’t eat more than one/two pieces of salmon at a time due to a medical condition. I ordered a coffee which I had two sips out of as it was the worse coffee I’ve had in a while. Disappointing cafe.. I certainly won’t be back there. Not pleased to have my iced latte in a foam cup, usually it would be served in the clear plastic cup, which is usually slightly bigger in size then the regular latte cup. Upon mentioning it to the lady who served me, she said oh we serve it in the clear cup if it will have the added cream. Even though I came here about 2 weeks ago, and I got it in the plastic cup without the added cream. That was a bit of a disappointment and out of the ordinary to get an iced drink in the hot drinks cup. Plus, I would have preferred to drink it...
