Jasper Coffee - Roaster — Restaurant in Melbourne

I recently had an issue with a couple of bags being ground too fine for my coffee machine. I posted a review that pointed this out and in response the company reached out to offer me tips on how to best load the finer grind into my coffee basket (which was very helpful) and also sent me a new bag of coffee to replace the one that wasn’t working. I’m astonished that customer service this excellent still exists! Thanks to their efforts, they’ve converted a customer walking away to a customer staying and sharing the good news. Jasper Coffee is by far the most amazing coffee I have ever tasted! Not only that, but Belinda and the team at HQ are the most amazing to deal with; their customer service was beyond brilliant, and super accommodating. Unfortunately due to COVID and the 5km radius rule, I was not able to get my Turkish coffee blend from my closest distributor. Fantastic customer service... Incredibly accommodating and friendly. Belinda (I think / I hope) had very decent knowledge of beans and flavour profiles, so I ended up with a coffee and roast very much in line with what I was looking for... Now I'm enjoying a delicious cup of filter coffee with my afternoon granola bar. Will be visiting again for more of this roast and maybe something for espresso too!...
