This place used to be excellent, actually even saying that it was 'excellent' is an understatement - all my family and friends have stated in the past that this KFC might've been the best KFC they know. However that was 5 years ago; now its just simply an empty, disappointing shell of its former self.
Everytime I've ordered here; wheather it's instore, from drive-through or simply from the app - no matter how simple the order is, these guys have always messed up my order. There is simply nothing more frustrating, than coming home, getting all ready to eat your fresh warm food - only to find that your order is either missing somethings you ordered, or they simply outright got your order completely wrong.
Yes i know you can just complain to KFC head-office and they'll give you a gift voucher for the mistake, but not everyone has the time and/or can be bothered to do all that. For some people its about more than just "getting a free voucher". I mean why should a customer have to jump through all the hoops just to get the things they oringally ordered?
Sometimes you order something from the app, you pay for it and everything - only when you reach there is when you'll find out that they actually don't have thing you ordered and the simply: "don't know how to refund the money" Like seriously?! How can you don't know that? Every other KFC outlets can do that no problems, either whoever is training the new employees are seriously doing a poor job or the employees themselves are extremely lazy.
One thing I don't understand is that why is KFC (head office) just keep letting this happen? Like everytime these guys get orders wrong, KFC just refunds the money, only to find out that these guys screw up the order again. At some point someone should be thinking: "Hey we aren't getting any money coming in but more money is going out. I wonder whats going on there?" Just imagine - what if the customers starts complaining everytime the employees get their order wrong? KFC would be loosing more money...
Read moreThe most important thing is that the staff at this store try their upmost hardest to do what they can with the god awful management card they have been dealt.
After placing at order at 8:50pm on the KFC app and driving down, I waited in my car for just over an hour, within 5 minutes of the stores closing time, to be told that there was no chicken or appropriate sides left to satisfy my order and instead was given whatever was left from the hot tray.
On top of the insane line of cars in drive thru, rotting and thinking at each other because after 50 minutes the line was also moving at about a snails pace, there was also numerous delivery drivers with the same problems as us customers.
Again, the staff tried to be as helpful as they possibly could given the situation but there needs to be limits placed on the KFC app, Uber eats, door dash apps etc so that customers know what chicken and sides are available and if there are items that aren’t available, so that we can make an order knowing what’s on offer and not feel ripped off and disappointment when we come to pick up our food.
Wait times and food wastage would surely improve as a result, however some redundancies in management and careful hires would be also appreciated to ensure this doesn’t continue into its fourth consecutive year of horribly poor...
Read moreThe KFC Carrum Downs tries it best, and on the few occasions I've been the, they always try to go out of their way to get something for you or similar if they are out! They very rarely, make it up with something small or bigger from the store, which never makes me complain. The only issue is that I was trying to do the KFC find the bucket app, but it is so hard to do!! I just wish they could help! I've been to some KFC 'S were they don't use gloves, and I have seen this through other KFCS, watch them pick there bottom or their nose, which turns you off badly!! But recently I have had a SEVRE need for some KFC, I just hope that someone could please explain and help with getting these gaming buckets helping me, that would be great! I am honestly getting excruciatingly devastated, and due to mybfunds for my whole family of 6, any help right now would normally be something rite up my way, and my families would love to get stuff too! I have a 5 month old baby at the moment, and I still can't deny her a try of KFC, but considering the trouble, unless someone can PLEASE help me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciate! I truly hope that you can help me with this.
