I recently had the pleasure of dining at KFC Eltham, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the warm smiles and friendly demeanor of the staff. Their welcoming attitude immediately made me feel comfortable and set the tone for a wonderful meal.
The star of my visit was undoubtedly the food. The chips were a highlight—they arrived hot and fresh, with a perfect balance of crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the flavor without being overwhelming. Each bite was a delightful experience, showcasing why KFC's chips are so beloved.
Now, let me tell you about the dinner rolls. They were a delightful addition to the meal. Soft, warm, and freshly baked, the rolls were a perfect complement to the rest of the meal. They had a slightly sweet flavor that balanced well with the savory elements of the chicken and chips. I found myself reaching for another roll even after finishing my main course, simply because they were that good.
The chicken, of course, lived up to KFC's high standards. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it was exactly what I hoped for and more. Each piece was juicy and tender, making every bite a satisfying experience.
But what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service. The staff at KFC Eltham went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. They were attentive without being intrusive, always ready to assist with a smile. checking in to see if I needed anything else, their dedication to customer service was evident.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my meal. It’s clear that the team at KFC Eltham takes pride in their work, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the dining area.
Overall, my visit to KFC Eltham was nothing short of fantastic. The delicious food, particularly the chips and dinner rolls, paired with the friendly and attentive staff, made for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend KFC Eltham to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning soon!

Read moreEltham KFC: A Culinary Catastrophe In the shadowy depths of Eltham lies a KFC, a blight upon the fast food landscape, a cursed beacon of culinary despair. My recent visit to this wretched establishment was nothing short of a tragic farce, a grim testament to how profoundly a dining experience can go awry.
Malevolent Minions of Misery The staff, if such vile creatures can be called that, are nothing but malevolent minions of misery. Their glares could curdle milk, their sneers would make a viper recoil. With not a shred of decency or warmth, they greeted me as one would greet a pestilence. To call their demeanor unfriendly is a gross understatement; their contemptuous disregard for customers is an affront to the very concept of service.
Abominable Abominations: The Chips The chips are a grotesque parody of what KFC fries should be. Cold, soggy, and devoid of any redeeming flavor, these pale, lifeless sticks of potato are an insult to the palate. They arrive on your tray as if dredged from the depths of some culinary abyss, a mockery of what once might have been considered food. The sheer audacity to serve such filth to paying customers is both brazen and despicable.
Dreadful Dinner Rolls of Doom The dinner rolls, those supposed pillars of a satisfying meal, are nothing but dreadful lumps of desiccated dough. Stale and stone-like, they crumble into a tasteless powder upon the tongue, leaving one to wonder if they are relics from a bygone era. Their presence on the menu is an egregious offense, a cruel joke played upon the unsuspecting diner.
A Hellish Ordeal My experience at the Eltham KFC was not merely bad; it was a hellish ordeal, a nightmarish descent into the very bowels of fast food hell. This establishment is a festering wound on the face of the KFC brand, a loathsome pit of despair that should be condemned and razed to the ground. Its existence is an affront to all that is decent and edible.
Avoid this abominable place at all costs, lest you too fall victim to its ghastly embrace. Let the name of Eltham KFC be forever etched in the annals of gastronomic infamy, a cautionary tale of what horrors await those who dare to dine within its...
Read moreAvoid it at all costs! I was just at this KFC, i ordered off the app and it took me 15min to drive there to pick up my order. When i got there i still had to wait another 15min. while waiting, another couple in front of me were being told that what they ordered was not available and they could choose original chicken or tenders instead (they chose tenders). When it was my turn to be served i was told there were only two tenders left. so they had given the couple before me the tenders i had already paid for! i asked if i could have those tenders and get the other three replaced with popcorn chicken. i was then told that the Krusher i ordered was not available but i could choose a drink from the fridge instead. i picked the water and asked that since i had to pay an extra $2 for my Krusher which i now was not getting, could i get that $2 back. Well this then became a big issue, they tried to ague with me for 5 min about how the water (a regular drink with my regular meal) was only 85c less then the krusher. I had to pull out my phone to show them on the app that i did indeed have to pay the extra $2 for a drink they were now telling me i could not have. finally sorted that out only to get home and find that they didnt even give me the two tenders and instead gave me two of the chicken burger patties instead which were so over cooked they were rock hard and chewy, the chips were also cold, soggy, under cooked and completely unseasoned.
this is the third time in a row i have been to this store that half the items on the menu are unavailable and the service is terrible. this kfc has been completely run...
