TL:DR; AVOID THIS PLACE!
What a disappointing, and shameful KFC.
This is hands down the worst I've ever experienced from any fast food place. The staff are rude, they act like you aren't there - they DON'T want to serve or even help you.
We ordered 3 meals, took around 20 minutes just to get it, with only 2 other people in the queue.
During this time, the staff were yelling and shouting at each other in the back "guys, guys everyone listen to me!" it was like listening to a bunch of high schoolers trying to run a kitchen.
At one point one staff said "you're talking as if I care" when she was telling him about the way he was either cooking or serving the food.
About the "service": When my order was ready, I walked up as I saw the lady have everything on the counter - I waited and she saw me then just turned around and did other stuff.
No acknowledgement, no confirmation of my name, not even a smile or anything. Just saw me and turned around.
After taking the food to the table I noticed we didn't get extra seasoning on our chips which we ordered, so I went up and told her.
She said "ok" and supposedly put seasoning on - it literally didn't have any difference, the chips were still plain.
Do they even know what they are doing?
The other customers were visibly annoyed too, while 5-6 waited in the front, nobody came to the counter to acknowledge them. It was really, really bad.
We ate in, and the entire time there was just bickering and fighting in the back - it was so loud I heard everything, my gf and her friend were so surprised too we just sat there trying to enjoy our meal and the background noise was just these employees constantly fighting or arguing - EVERYONE could hear it. We were there for a solid 40minutes.
The supervisor or manager has absolutely no control of what's happening there.
The staff don't care - they don't even want the job, I guess they want to get paid but don't want to do anything in return.
IF I was the owner, I'd go undercover a couple nights over a week or so and see how these people behave and treat their customers. Look at the other reviews man, get it together.
To the owner: Maybe it's funny to you, maybe you don't care = but genuinely the question I have is how can you take pride in this place?
Do you even realise how much money you're missing out on because of these BAD employees?? Have you compared your revenue to other KFC's? Have you read the reviews?
You might not care much, "losing 1 customer is fine", but you're also losing all my future business, friends and family - and imagine how many others have thought this but not written it in a review...
This was peak hours on friday night and there were only a handful of people - I guess the locals know to avoid it.
Hopefully, they can either retrain the staff or get new ones who are grateful for the opportunity to work. We won't ever go back, that's 3 customers never ever going into this store again - who knows how many others have sworn this...
Read moreAlways food is cold but chips are hot, well feedback when we order from KFC App it should stop showing if the selected items aren't available in nearest store because we Pay as per the menu we selected but when we reach to pick up our order to this particular store the lady manager and staff try to swap the ordered items to things available in store but not as per App menu we selected and PAID for...ridiculous 🤬 & It always happens, especially close to closing time where they still have 2-3hrs Remaining for it, always excused everything is finished how stupid Is that!!! again this staff including lady manager here isnt use to manage big orders it seems, why because whenever we ordered here always miss some or other items in the box/shared/combo meals, everytime chips,drinks, OG chicken swaps, no MONEYBACK for the items missing just want to expedite in what God knows!! no time to check if the order is delivered with things included in the meals/box as they are not busy during closing hrs, I wouldn't have written all this but I have ignored many number of times and now no more we all have stopped ordering from here.... No rival, no paid criticism just all from our own experience...so many negative reviews but still no difference in this store NOT impressed... Read moreI've just been to KFC in Footscray... it was honestly the worst experience I've had with a fast food business in my life, no exaggeration.
It took 15 minutes just to get to the drive thru order box... and there were only two cars in front of me. When I got to the box, I had to wait a further 6 minutes to place my order.
Payment went through fine and there were no problems there.
At the pick up window, I waited another 5 minutes, only to get a regular meal instead of the large I ordered. Then after another 5 minutes, that mistake was corrected, but I only got half of my order. And the woman inside said 'what is he still doing there?' instead of trying to fix this disaster. Another 5 minutes and I finally got my order.
To buy a boxed meal and a twister meal took 30 minutes from start to finish, in the drive thru. What made it worse was the fact that the staff made no attempt to apologise for it at all.
I did a quick search on Facebook and there are numerous complaints about this KFC... and you've assured people you'll speak to the management there. I've been to this one about 5 times and it's always been pretty bad, but today topped all that. I won't be coming back, and I'll be telling everyone I know to stear clear.
