i like that they accommodate with different types of allergy sufferers. Nut free stuff is awesome. Girl on florist does not know her stuff. Poor front of house staff lazy chatty infront of customers. Would prefer to see an Aldi. Lot of people here are white and pretentious

Deli staff need to active listen more instead of being rude to customers sorry cant hear you x2 times. I am referring to the eastern european or woman with strong accent blond hair older lady.

Always issues with Deli staff especially the polish and ethnic ladies who serve there I asked can I have a shepherds pie please which she screamed how many . Why would you asked when i said a . I would have specified if I needed more than 1

These cashiers yell "next!" like a soup nazi from Seinfeld.

Then they don't say hello, they just scan and say "are you a member?" to which ansering "no" results in abruptly being told the total and then "next!"

Learn some manners. Been here many times, always the same. Nobody has bothered to give me a reason to become a member and I get annoyed about the rudeness of staff every time. So, I don't come here often as a result, only when I need to.

Edit. Bought some prepack salad here that was off by the time I ate it an hour later despite being back in the fridge no later than 15 mins later. Took it back the next day for a refund, which I was given, without any apology or remorse, but instead with an accusatory tone. The staff here are awful...

I am absolutely livid with the way Andrew treated me during my visit to Happy Apple. His rude and disrespectful behavior was completely unacceptable. From the moment I asked for assistance, he gave me the cold shoulder and acted as if I was bothering him. It's infuriating to be treated with such disdain as a paying customer. I expect better service and basic courtesy when I shop at Happy Apple. Andrew's behavior ruined my shopping experience, and I feel deeply disappointed. Management needs to take immediate action to address this issue, or they risk losing loyal customers like me who value respectful treatment and good customer service.
