Worst customer service ever. Ordered 3 Original pieces at 7pm on 23/07/2021 and waited over 1 hour to receive it. There was a growing queue and KFC staff were extremely slow whilst not following food hygiene. The parking was full with clients waiting for their takeaways whilst KFC staff were entertaining their friends with food and conversations. They seemed to receive something to eat each time they went up to the counter compared to the people already in queue. When the staff was questioned about their order and how come the people they were giggling with are receiving orders quicker than the others, the staff asked him "whats your problem". The KFC staff were not even using gloves after each order. It's simply disgusting and a shame for KFC to even have these employees who are not aware of food hygiene and who do not respect their clients. Staff need to be FIRED, not...
Read moreWent there Yesterday. Ordered just zinger bacon n cheese from drive through. Paid for meal then drove to next window the girl said 7 minutes of wait i said no Problem I'll wait in parking. Waited there in parking for exactly 17 minutes after that walked in asked at the counter she said 5 more minutes. I was like ok no Problem. Then a girl came with the wrong meal again i had to walk in i kept the drink and returned the burger n fries then barely after 7 minutes she gave me just a burger not the fries. Eventually i asked for the refund after a bit of dispute. I don't get this why the KFC hire staff like those people who don't know how to deal with customers when it's their fault. Worst Experience with this KFC. They wasted 32 minutes of my time in there....
Read moreVisited for the first time tonight. Despite the store not being very busy, it was hard to find a somewhere nice to sit, Because just about every table had not been cleaned or cleared. Once we did find a spot, I noticed several team members returning to the store from their breaks. But still no one came out to clean or at least clear the tables.
It's bad enough that most people feel that cleaning up after themselves is beneath them. But when the staff of a fast food restaurant cant be bothered to present a clean and pleasant environment for its customers to enjoy , It just makes you wonder how they became the multi billion global franchise that they are today. I bet it wasn't by taking it's customers for granted in their humble...
