Pizza Planet Truganina — Restaurant in Melbourne

Worse customer service, never experienced this from any other store in Melbourne, my friend’s family visited us in setting up our new home, we ordered pizza from this store a week before and got delivered successfully, but yesterday after ordering pizza at 10pm driver and someone from the pizza shop called us asking our address I did explained the address to both driver and guy who called from the store also told them to call me if any issues, we waited until 11 pm and tried calling heaps of times to the driver also the person who call me but no response, but after sometime both of them switched off their phones we tried until 11:30-11:45 in this spam of time due to hunger one Kid fainted, as we moved to new house we were not having anything at home, as we finally decided these guys will not come had to go out at 12am and bought the food, now after waiting so long driver messaged me “ Sorry we don’t order to that location any issues please call the store and speak to the boss” — then how come these guys delivered pizza last two weeks back if they don’t deliver to this location??

Guys also need a suggestion as my friend kid Fainted waiting for so long planning to take some action towards this store please suggest me if we can, also I am planning to consult some food Victorian department to complain, Will take some...

Me and my kids just went here and got pizza, chips and garlic bread for dinner and it was better than I thought to be honest I have never been to this place before I normally get my pizza's from hoppers pizzas and pasta and today they are closed and I just googled for pizza place near me and this place pooped up and I thought why not let's check it out and honestly we enjoyed their pizza specially the little tiny ball of mince meat on top of the pizza we loved it that garlic taste in there amazing and then their chips hell of good chips . crunchy , crispy and it just melts in your mouth and then there is their garlic bread I could not get enough of . I will absolutely go back to this place and I highly recommend you guys check it out too you will not...

Asked for tandoori paneer as I am a full vegetarian family and got tandoori chicken, unknowingly took a bite before realisation and committed a sin in my religion, god knows what is in my fate but this mistake is unacceptable, I specifically asked the vegetarian options and picked the pizza which is suitable for vegetarians such as myself and got this instead. Waiting time was a bit too long but this fault in unacceptable, I called again to see what they can do and requested to get it delivered to my home. Why should I go the extra kilometre or so for their mistake but didn't get delivery and ended the call. Won't be going there...
