If you’re after an amazing breakfast deal, this is the place.

Open very early around 6-7am, good service for coffee and many different types of banh mi (My favourite is the crispy pork banh mi)

The lady owner is very friendly and helpful. Speaks English and Vietnamese. Always a smile...
