Krash & Co — Restaurant in Melbourne

There's one nice young tall guy who's rushing around doing more than the majority of service, but everyone else seems relaxed.. There's a young lady who's very lovely once you can get her attention (it's not easy though), but she's very slow and only does one thing each time she leaves & returns to the service area. It took too long to get her attention to order so I walked to the front counter and the owner/manager saw me & had to tell her to come to our table to take our order. Lunch took way too long to come out (jaffle, kids burger, salmon & potato cake with toppings). I had to ask the same girl to find out how long the salmon will be 7 mins after the rest of us received our meals. She then walked to the kitchen, said something over the counter and then strolled past me, I had to grab her again to ask whether it will be long... It was ok but I don't think I'll be back. Sorry couldn't...

Honestly, I would come again just for the service. The customers are treated really well -- I had a waitress come to me as soon as I sat down to give me water and a menu. When I mentioned I was waiting for a friend, she came over immediately with another glass and menu for her until my friend arrived. Coming here from Schnitz a couple days ago, I would make this my no. 1.

Ooh!! And they have a mini pop up shop right next door. Aesthetic advertising and trendy products that are fresh and fun. Suuuper cool!!

Thank you ladies for your wonderful service. I'm really happy so far with the warmness of welcome so far. I'll give further updates if anything new happens, since I've only just walked through the door

EDIT: The food was amaaaazing!!! They give you a loooot of food but also are very considerate from a digestive standpoint. I am beyond pleased...

Careless service and now my family is suffering.

I was in on Saturday and ordered an oat milk latte for myself along with our brunch order.

When I received the latte, I took a sip and asked the worker if he could check that it was in fact oat milk as it didnt taste oat. He came back saying it was, and I clarified that he was confident - which he was. Feeling pretentious, I drank about half trusting their competence. It turns out it definitely wasnt oats milk. My 5 week old baby has a severe cows milk protein allergy, and given how stringent I have had to be with my diet, my one splurge on this coffee failed me, and the blood in her vomit along with all of her painful symptoms confirms that it was not oat milk in that coffee. 😭😭

Do better Krash, you could have caused some serious complications to her developing...
