Burgerooze Sunbury — Restaurant in Melbourne

We tried this restaurant for the first time and we loved the atmosphere and a welcome service with a smile. Just wanted to highlight that the server last night 3/1/2024 was an absolute gem! So happy and very professional. You have asset to your store with this guy! I don’t like to give negative feedback as not all of it was bad. But I will say that the poor server was so busy answering called, organising door dash orders, running food, and making drinks that he was struggling in dinner rush. There needs to be two people taking food out and running the front of house side of things. We sat and watched our burgers sitting under the heat lamp for 10 minutes waiting for someone to collect them to bring to our table. My burger sadly was cold, and our chips were not very warm or fresh tasting. Our burgers were swamped with so much sauce it soaked the buns and all we could taste was pure tomato sauce.

Again I believe feedback is the only way a business can grow, and I do think you have a great business that seems very popular. Will return for a second bite and perhaps try something new on the menu.

I did enjoy seeing a variety of items, so can’t wait to try...

I recently visited "Burger ooze" and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant. The decor was next level. The seating area was comfortable and spacious, providing a perfect setting inside and outside.

Now let's talk about the burgers themselves. They were simply amazing! The quality was evident in every bite, and the burgers were cooked to perfection. The buns were fresh and soft, and the toppings were generous and flavourful.

In addition to the burgers, the fries were also noteworthy. They were crispy and perfectly salted, and the aioli dipping sauce was a delicious accompaniment. The cocktails and shakes were so delicious.

The service at Burger ooze was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and my food arrived quickly after ordering. The prices were also reasonable for the quality of the food and service.

Overall, I would highly recommend Burgerooze to anyone looking for a delicious burger and fries. It's a must-try spot for burger lovers...

I told my husband about Burgerooze a couple of weeks ago and mentioned that we needed to go for lunch. So today we decided to try them out (4/4/23) Upon entering we were quickly welcomed by a young gentleman and promptly let us know when we were ready he would take our order. We made our selection paid and we sat down our burger meal was prepared quickly. The first bite of our burgers were delicious, amazing and so fresh. Pattie was juicy just the right amount of ingredients on each burger my husband was amazed just how fresh and tasty the burger was. He gave it 10/10 and when asked by the young gentleman who served us about our meals my husband said he had alot of burgers in his time but this was hands down best burger he had ever eaten and he said compliments to the chef. Really beautiful burger and we would definitely be back to enjoy another down the track. Highly recommend you go to Burgerooze in Sunbury and enjoy it the way we did....
