Very disappointing experience at Little Sparrow Werribee on Friday 21/08 at 6:30pm. One of the staff members (short hair with blonde highlights, wearing glasses , possibly named Mikaela) was extremely rude when serving us.
When she brought our coffees, we politely asked for sugar and a cup of water, and she rolled her eyes. My sister later went to ask for a second cup, and we overheard her speaking negatively about us to her colleague. When I asked why she was being disrespectful, she smiled sarcastically and said, âWhat do you want?â in a dismissive tone.
I then asked for her name so I could raise the issue with management. She rushed through it, and when I said I didnât catch it, she started using her hands with attitude and at one point spoke to me in a foreign language. When I pressed again for her name, she refused after realising I was making a complaint.
Her colleague actually stepped in, admitted she was in the wrong, and even apologised on her behalf, saying she had a rough day. While I appreciate the colleagueâs professionalism, that doesnât excuse this staff memberâs behaviour.

When I asked for it waitress rolled her eyes at me and said if I wanted the cookie I had to give back the marshmallow. At $30 for two hot drinks and 2 cakes the least they could do is continue with a complimentary cookie. When I complained to the manger about young girl rolling her eyes at me and that there was no need to treat customers like that. Manager didnât say a word about it. I was also told that the owner changed the policy and now charges 50cents per cookie. Absolutely disgusting! Wonât be back. If I want to be insulted I can get that treatment for free elsewhere.

   Read moreThis review is only based on the pathetic spinach and feta cheese pide which was very dry. Upon giving a feedback the staff could only say âwe donât make it ourselves and we get it from a supplierâ which was disappointing.
I donât think, he could not do anything about it. He could have at least empathised and apologised for my dissatisfaction which would have improved my experience of service.
