Incredibly slow and incompetent service! We had to wait over twenty five minutes for two regular coffees and an iced coffee to take away this morning. It took the "Barista" two attempts to make the iced coffee and she still managed to stuff it up and not add any cream( the menu board even states " Iced Coffee with ice cream and cream). This was mid morning on Sunday before the centre was even busy. She made one of our three coffees first and then proceeded to make other customer's orders, leaving my coffee on the counter for at least 5 minutes before making the rest of our order. The people that work here just stare at you while you are waiting to order and will constantly walk past the register without acknowledging you. Second time I've experienced this now. Then I was given the wrong coffee, which might I add was one the the top 5 worst I've ever had. 7/11 coffee is nicer than this rubbish they serve here. The "barista" was bothered by me asking for a sugar in my wrong coffee also. Should have listened to my wife when she said "you want a coffee from here?" Do yourself a favour and walk the extra distance to coffee hit where the coffee is consistently on point. Should have just walked there instead even though...

Poor and flavourless coffee. Flat White very wet (no foam) and milk not texturised properly leaving a wet and heavy milk feel. Took two sips and decided it wasn't for me. Colleague was abit rude and curt when I asked for a refund. She asked me explain in detail what was wrong with it as if I had to justify in depth. If I had drunk it all I would've understood.

I'm a barista so I know what the key issues were but her response was 'so are we'. She told me Flat whites have no foam which isn't true. Took about 4 minutes of discussing to get a refund. Not a good experience would try the 10+ other coffee places in...
