We dined here Sat night the 7.30 seating. I had been here twice before and food has been pretty good so recommend it to the couple we were going out with.

At the table and ready to order. I told the staff serving us that we will order the entrees first and then in a bit we would order our mains(as last time I was there we got our mains pretty quick after entrees). The staff taking our order then insisted that we order our mains as well along with the entrees as she said it was busy and we then would end up waiting a while to get our food. I very clearly and repeatedly told her that we did not want our mains out immediately after the entrees, we definitely wanted a gap between them. She indicated that she had made a note and our order would have the time gap.We were not in a hurry and wanted to have a relaxed dinner.

Out come our entrees and while we are still eating them our mains start coming out too....... We called the waitress who took our order and told her that we clearly wanted a gap she and another waitress just laughed it off. She then said it was her mistake and walked off. She went and openly discussed this issue with other staff but no apology or offer to make up up for this lapse was made.

This put such a damper on our evening. As we were forced to eat the entrees and mains together inspite of clearly telling them to bring the 2 courses spaced apart.

Well they didn't stop there....they definitely wanted to rush us out. While I am clearly still eating (food on my plate and the green curry still left in the bowl), others have sort of finished, another waitress comes and clears up the everyone elses plates without asking and takes the green curry too which I would have eaten. We were left stunned. Anyhow we ordered a dessert to share and out comes the most pathetic and tiny serve of banana fritters.....they must have cut half a tiny banana into halves and made that a serve.

Customer service is important to me as much as the food itself. Therefore based on this experience I have been put off this restaurant even though the food itself...

Food was very good but very poor customer service which ruined our experience. Entree was prawn spring rolls, but before we even had a chance to take a second dip back in the sauce the waitress had come and taken away the plate without asking. What was the rush? Then Main Tom yum soup was served early with white rice. What is the problem? No bowls to put the soup in… when we reminded the staff she came back with two bowls only and said sorry you have to wait until we can clean up a spare bowl for the 3rd person. So who on the table was going to miss out and watch the other friends eat? We had to finally remind them again to bring out a 3rd bowl for the 3rd person which finally they did. Ordered chilli and soy sauce which never came. By the time the fish came out the rice was cold. Despite everything that happened we thought they would at least be polite and let us eat and digest our food. They gave us time limit to leave by 7.30. At 7.28pm waitress started clearing everything on table, bill was printed out ready for us to wrap up and leave. Prob had about 3 waitress and 1 waiter walking up and down watching our table ready to jump on clearing it which made this whole experience even more awful. Next time, please be thoughtful of how you serve your food and let us eat in peace instead of rushing your customers. Serving food with a smile would also help and please get your staff to...

Greedy scheduling ...

The food is great but their booking and handling of customer complaints belongs in an episode of Fawlty towers

We arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes earlier than booked as we were told that they had a busy night.

However... We waited nearly 15 minutes to place our initial drink order... and food order of three courses.

We enjoyed a lovely soup... and then tasty enteree.... Five minutes after we were served our main course, the bill was placed on our table.  We were entirely baffled.

We were told that we had to leave immediately because it was 7.30pm.  The waitress stood over our shoulder staring at us expecting us to leave there and then!   Remember we were only just starting our main course!

The waitress just stood and stared and we said we would finish as soon as we can.

When taking table bookings nothing will be gained by making bookings too tight. If you seriously wanted us out of the restaurant... within only ONE HOUR, on a pre booked table, why on earth were you happy to let us order all three courses of food!

You were plain greedy and will win no fans by your behaviour tonight.  We were not the only table who were hurried along.  Everyone around us was sympathetic to...

Probably the best Thai food in the south east! Amazing decor, value for money, authenticity. Lovely staff, quantity and balance of flavour. Absolute 10/10!!!

Usually busy so prebook ahead to ensure you get a seat :) Not the first time here and the food was good. Personally I really enjoyed the fried barramundi — crispy on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. Cooked perfectly. I found the pad Thai to be quite a small serve with more vegetables than noodles. Garlic prawn was so-so I wouldn’t reorder that. Son Tum was perfect balance of sour and spice :) I love it! The Tom yum soup was fragrant and flavours on point. (Only wish they had a candle to keep it warm during the course of the dinner) The atmosphere was nice. Although table allocated was a bit tight for 5 people and was rather uncomfortable for me. But it was a small restaurant so just gotta make do! I noticed the waitress did not clear our empty dishes that we’ve desperately set aside to create more space. But other than this, they were generally had a good positive attitude towards us.
