I recently visited McDonald's, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I had a bad feeling. The place had an unpleasant odor that really set the tone for what was to come. I decided to order a few items I usually enjoy, but when I got my food, it was cold and stale. It was as if it had been sitting out for ages.
To make things worse, when I checked my order, I realized that they hadn’t even given me everything I had paid for! I was missing a whole item, which is frustrating when you're already dealing with a less-than-satisfying meal. I tried to flag down an employee to resolve the issue, but it took forever for someone to come over. By the time I finally got someone’s attention, I was already losing my appetite.
I understand that fast food can get busy, but there’s no excuse for cold food and incomplete orders. It really felt like no one cared about the quality of what they were serving. After this experience, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I expected better from a well-known chain like McDonald's. Horrible staff / manager, take my 65 years old mum's new $100 notes back to office and come out with broken notes, saying " I just check this note and tear it, and then it's not able to use." Fortunately, We finally change this broken $100 back to a new one from bank. Why they take our notes to the back office but didn't check in front of customers? Does that means Mcdonalds can treat ppl who doesn't speak english as fool? They just doesn't speak fairly good English because they are too old, but it doesn't mean they are fool. So, to the staff / manager , we have the receipt of this purchase, and we will contact with consumers affairs, even they will not be bothered by this 'small case'. People say you cannot expect 'service' from Maccas, but it's not only poor service but treating. Read moreThe staff at this McDonalds do not care about their customers. Love to stand and chat, even when customers are in line waiting.
Then you ask for your items to be fresh/hot, they look at you like you're asking for the impossible.
They try give you a warm item and fresh together. Today i paid $28 and only ate the burger. Burger was hot, chips were not. Threw them out, line was too long to return. When i ordered, there wasn't a queue, so surely they weren't 'busy'.....
This has happened several times at this store. Last time going to this store.
