Another update 18/1/24 8.20pm. ordered 2 quarter pounders and both of them had no pickles when I got home. Told them no ice on drinks but once again ice on drinks. Can this MacDonald's ever get anything right lol. There is always something wrong when ordering and they are not busy at all. Management in this place seem to have no idea and the workers less lol. Not a good place to eat getting worse every day. Wonder if management read these reviews or not. Update Tuesday 2/1/24 at 330pm. Place not busy at all and once again got a burnt not eatable big Mac with hardly any lettuce. Tell them and give me attitude. If you don't want to work here go work at Kmart or somewhere else. Management here need to get your act together. Happens all the time here get it wrong etc and no one to serve at front hardly waiting 5 minutes before someone comes and takes order after yelling out can I get served. Doesn't seem like nothing has changed here. This macdonald's has gotten worse and worse. Today was the last straw 21/12/21 750pm. Everytime I go here lately ships aren't eatable all soft and soggy. They give u empty large ships. The other morning they had no eggs left and said to have my McMuffin without egg lol. How can u eat it without the main ingredient. Today looks like they dropped the burger or who ever is working there or management have no idea. Everytime I go there the place looks like it's not managed well. Can see staff mucking around. It has really gone down hill. Shame on this macdonald's and the burger today completely discusting. Didn't even want to go back since everytime I told them about the empty large ships or soggy ones you will get attitude and I can't be bothered arguing. Management here needs a good look at. Read morePossibly the worst, unfriendliest, chaotic store in Melbourne. Having lived in the area for over 10 years I've had to visit this store quite a few times. Every single time I've been, either they get my order wrong or I've had to wait over 20 mins to receive my order (never anything more complicated than 3 sundaes or a happy meal). I've even had orders completely forgotten.
Most of the staff are rude and quite obvious in their disdain of the walk in customers who are often completely ignored until they are forced to use the self service kiosks. The kitchen prep area is an absolute shitshow as seen from the front counters, mess everywhere and staff seemingly disinterested in keeping the store clean. But plenty of time for them to socialise and talk about their upcoming weekend plans I noticed.
Unfortunately it seems the staff who used to clean are now delegated to running orders outside to every other car from the drive through, stuck in the waiting bays. Tonight was the final straw, having to wait 25 minutes for 3 ice creams. I watched customers walk out in frustration after a staff member rudely told customers to use the self serve when they requested to order (after waiting at the counter for 7-8 minutes with no acknowledgement).
I don't know what happened, Maccas used to be the one place I could count on staff being friendly and my food being consistent is quite obvious to me that the franchise owner only cares about the profit of this store and nothing else. It's a shame.

Read moreWe live locally and I’m sick of ordering in the drive through, dropping almost $50 at this McDonald’s, only to get home to find items missing from our order. I ordered a medium fillet of fish meal, two extra fish burgers, a cheeseburger, a large and medium coffee frappe, four apple pies and a sweet n sour sauce. After getting home, the cheeseburger was missing, one of the apple pies had half the pastry missing and if I didn’t remind the person if they put the sauce in the bag then the sauce would be missing too! I always ask about the sauces I’ve paid for, because this a common occurrence on nearly EVERY occasion I go here, but forgetting a burger that you’ve PAID for (they always charge you for the missing sauces every time too) that just tops the pathetic service Endeavour Hills McDonald’s dishes out to its customers. To top it off, the last two times I’ve tried to call the number to complain about missing items from my drive through order, the number just rings out and you can’t get through… if there were more late night foodie options in the Hills I’d never be ordering here again. The sauce issue has been an ongoing issue for probably over a decade now at this store, it’s absolutely pathetic but they’re getting worse cos now they’re leaving out burgers that you’ve paid for… how hard is it to check a list of items and just make sure they’re all in the bag before you hand it over to your paid customers - I’m almost convinced you train your staff to intentionally rip us off and skim some extra cash from every order… that’s how bad and how often...
