Michel's Patisserie Keilor Central — Restaurant in Melbourne

I went in to get my free birthday coffee, I showed the lady my app that clearly showed free birthday coffee, scans the QR code, asked for my Mocha and then asks me, "$6 please!". Puzzled, I asked her, "Do I not get my free birthday coffee?" She says, "No, you should have told me before you ordered". I said, "I did show you the app that showed for a Free Hot Coffee...am I not entitled to one?" She said, "Next time, you have to tell me. She re-scanned it and took a minute to place my order in the system".

Unfortunately, this is the second time where this 'customer service' lady was rude. The last time I came by to purchase coffee, she was blatantly rude to an old person asking them to hurry up because they were paying by coins. She even asked if she could take the money from their hands because they were taking so long!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour in this day and age! She lacked professionalism and didn't even wish me a happy birthday. I will never come back here again, even if it were for FREE coffee!!!

I should have stuck with my gut and go to Bon Bons, the coffee is always beautiful along with excellent customer service that comes...

Sunday 22nd Decrmber, 4 30 ish, walked next to counter and asked the lady if they were still opened, she said yes for coffees. My partner wanted a latte and i asked for a almond milk mocha, the man making the coffees jumped into the conversation with a quite rude tone, "sorry can you pick something easier, as i have just cleaned the machine" my partner and i looked at each other, like i have dietary requirements, so he wanted me to pick something simple? There are many coffee places in Keilor Centro, we specifically wanted to try their coffee, but were rudly confronted with an angry expression and he snubbed us off. I am disabled and live off a pension, coffees arent cheap, I dont get out alot, but this day was special, with that extra $$$ I wanted to get coffees for us. Dissapointing,! At least have the decency to say it nicely. Im giving you $$ to make a coffee. We walked off, and i did turn back, the man was full on arguying with his mother. Rude and disrespectful. If he cant handle it anymore, maybe he should...

Highly do not recommend 🚨

Disrespected my family while they were going through a hard time just because they sat on your chairs to have a bite. This is my local shopping centre too, and I’ll never support your shop again.
