The almond croissant I recently purchased from your store. Unfortunately, the croissant was not fresh at all—it was dry, lacked the usual flaky texture, and simply did not meet the standard I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’ve had almond croissants from many different bakeries, so I can confidently say this one was well below expectations.

When I shared my feedback with the staff member on duty, rather than acknowledging my concern, she seemed dismissive and defensive. She insisted that many people buy the croissant and that no one had complained before, as if that invalidated my experience. Instead of listening or offering a solution, she tried to make it seem as though I was in the wrong for pointing out the issue.

I've had many years experience in drinking coffee's from a few different countries around the world including Harrods Tea Room at Dohar Airport that I paid approximately $30.00 AUS for a strong cafe latte. I can categorically say that Kaan and the amazing staff at Moonlight Cafe can give Harrods Tea Room a run for their money on all levels from service to quality and most importantly their price.
