This was our 5 star eatery my client went specifically to have their HSP. There was always this guy who remembered our meals. Today being 18 August 2022, there were 2 new people. The girl serving us said "we don't have halal snack packs. I looked up to the menu and said "yes you do look it's up there's she says (that's a HSP pack) she didn't know what she was selling. She was rude and didn't answer any of my questions. Totally ignored me and loughed when we told her we wanted chili sauce on the hsp.I ordered a different meal the shawarma was burnt. It was a $20 meal and had about 20 meats on the chips. If these are employees, they need to be thought how to handle customer service. If they are new management etc, won't be long before they loose customers. There were others whom were looking at us and smiling with surprise. So just of today's experience I wanted to warn others. Portions are terrible. Paid $18 for a lamb HSP. The container was pretty much the size of my iPhone 14 Pro phone, just slightly longer. The sauces also looked unappetising and tasted watered down. The garlic sauce was almost see-through and the chilli sauce was not even that chilli, and I have a very low tolerance. Additionally the lamb was cooked on a stone top, not cooked and sliced from a vertical rotisserie. The lady that served me was nice and friendly, which was the only positive thing from this shop.
